One of the reasons I'm back on a sports bike is this man. Watching him on the tv thrashing his Hydrex Honda around the Isle of Man really got me wanting one. Anyhoo - while at Olivers Mount in Scarborough this weekend, I got to meet him and I think were now best friends! (Ok, were not best friends, but it was really good to meet him)

Rainy ride.

I went for a ride to Bolton last night to collect a pair of trousers. When I set off, the clouds looked grey, but I figured it would be worth the risk. To say I got wet is an under-statement - it was however, another one of those rides that make you feel great about being alive. I rarely broke 25mph, but the views of the sun breaking through the dark sky were amazing. I still prefer the dry sunny rides, but last night was brilliant!
